This notice explains how SURUB Logistics LLC ("SURUB", "we") handles information submitted through the contractor interest form on this website.

What we collect

Your full name, email address, optional phone number, operating city or market, vehicle preference, and any optional experience details or message you choose to provide. To limit abuse, we also store a one-way hashed value derived from your network address; we do not store the address itself. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, dates of birth or financial information — please do not include them.

How we use it

Only to review your inquiry and contact you about potential contracting opportunities with SURUB. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. Submitting the form does not guarantee work or create a contractor relationship.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in a private database that is not publicly accessible and is available only to authorized SURUB personnel and the service providers that host our website. When inquiry email notifications are enabled, submitted details are also sent to our business inbox through our email service provider.

Retention

We keep inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate contracting interest, and delete them when no longer needed or upon your request.
